DIN6 ground helical gear set
This helical gear set was used in reducer with high precision DIN6 which was obtained by grinding process . Material : 18CrNiMo7-6,with heat treat carburizing ,hardness 58-62HRC . Module : 3
Teeth :63 for helical gear and 18 for helical shaft .Accuracy DIN6 according to DIN3960 .

These conical pinion gear was module 1.25 with teeth 16 ,that used in gearmotor played the function as sun gear .The pinion gear shaft which was done by hard-hobbing ,the accuracy met is ISO5-6 . Material is 16MnCr5 with heat treat carburizing. The hardness is 58-62HRC for teeth surface.
