    The helical internal ring gear was produced by power skiving craft ,For small module internal ring gear we often suggest to do power skiving instead of broaching plus grinding ,since power skiving is more stable and also has high Efficiency ,it takes 2-3 minutes for one gear ,accuracy could be ISO5-6 before heat treat and ISO6 after heat treatment .

    1) Hobbing + grinding for internal gear

    2) Power skiving for internal gear

    However for small internal helical gear ,hobbing is not easy to process ,so normally we would do power skiving to meet the high accuracy and also high efficiency .For big internal helical gear ,we will use hobbing plus grinding method . After power skiving or grinding ,middle carton steel like 42CrMo will do nitriding to increase the hardness and resistance
