The worm gear set is manufactured using high grade alloy steel for the worm and centrifugal cast bronze for the worm wheel, providing optimal strength and wear resistance. Heat treatment and CNC machining processes were applied to ensure dimensional precision and surface quality. Gear teeth are cut and finished with a focus on minimizing backlash and maximizing meshing contact, contributing to a quieter and more efficient gearbox.

We also provided the customer with a complete set of technical documentation, including 3D CAD models, tolerance drawings, and maintenance recommendations, to simplify assembly and future integration.
