1. Lapping (Gleason System) Gear Process
Lapping is a fine finishing process that improves surface msoothness and enhances the contact pattern of spiral bevel gears. Using advanced Gleason lapping machines, we achieve modules ranging from M0.5 to M15 and diameters up to Φ700 mm, with accuracy levels reaching DIN 7–8.
This process is ideal for reducing noise and vibration in medium load transmissions.
2. Grinding (Gleason System) Gear Process
Precision grinding is applied to achieve high accuracy and excellent surface finish for high-performance gear systems. Belon Gear’s grinding capability covers M0.5 to M30 modules and diameters up to Φ1600 mm, meeting DIN 5–6 accuracy.
It is widely used in aerospace, mining machinery, and automotive gearboxes requiring extremely low backlash.

3. Hard Cutting (Klingelnberg System)
Using Klingelnberg hard cutting technology, we process spiral bevel gears after heat treatment. This ensures hardness consistency and micro-accuracy while maintaining production efficiency. The process range includes M3.0 to M30 and Φ200–Φ2500 mm, achieving DIN 5–6.
4. 5-Axis Machining (Gleason & Klingelnberg)
For large, complex, or prototype gears, we utilize 5 axis machining centers capable of handling modules up to M35 and diameters up to Φ2500 mm. This modern method ensures flexibility, fast lead times, and high-precision geometry, reaching DIN 3–6 accuracy standards.
