We’re proud to announce the successful completion of a new international project at Belon Gear  the Reverse Design Spiral Bevel Gears for Truck Automotive Gearbox, developed for one of our global automotive partners.

The project required us to analyze and reconstruct complex spiral bevel gear geometry from existing samples, achieving perfect accuracy and optimized meshing performance.

Using advanced 3D scanning, CAD modeling, and precision CNC machining, our engineering team delivered a fully customized gear set that meets strict automotive standards for torque capacity, low noise, and high durability. The reverse design process not only restored original functionality but also improved efficiency and service life for the truck gearbox system.

These spiral bevel gears are now operating reliably under demanding heavy load conditions, showcasing Belon Gear’s strength in OEM customization and technical problem-solving for global clients.
